Terms of delivery and payment
Delivery is free on orders over €50. For orders under €50, the delivery fee is €4.00 - €10.00. We mail the order either as a postal package or as a letter, depending on the weight and volume. We send abroad according to the actual postage costs according to the valid price list of Suomen Posti.
If the product is in our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is two to five (2-5) working days, unless otherwise stated for the product.
If the product is absolutely wanted by a certain date, it must be mentioned separately, e.g. when placing the order. Old Tea Shop operates according to the needs of consumers in terms of delivery, if it is reasonably possible.
The customer must always inform the merchant about the return and the cancellation of the transaction, simply not picking up or returning the goods is no longer enough to cancel the transaction, instead of returning the product, a return message must be sent in advance by email in accordance with the new EU legislation.
The consumer must submit a cancellation notice to the online store within 14 days of receiving the shipment and return the item within 14 days of the cancellation notice (14 + 14).
Return postage is paid by the buyer to the local post office. The tea package to be returned must be unopened and unused.
The return and reposting cost a total of €8.
Shipments damaged in transit
Sometimes it can happen that, despite careful packaging, packages can be damaged during postal transport. That's why it's good to check its condition when you pick up the package. If the package is damaged in transit and if the ordered product/products are also damaged, report the damage to the merchant immediately.
By registering, you get many features that are convenient for the subscription. You can make your purchases faster, you are up-to-date on the processing stages of your order and you can view the orders you have made before. We do not pass on the personal data provided in connection with the order for purposes outside of the online store.
The consumer must observe accuracy and care when using the online store.
Klarna Bank acts as the payment intermediary for the online store, which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is safe, because all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the information of the payment transaction.
The following payment methods are available: Klarna pay later service and Klarna Pilko i.e. installment shop, and Stripe for credit card payments. A regular bank transfer is also possible, but in that case the buyer must contact the merchant by email or phone: email@example.com.
