Jin Mao Feng 25 g Yellow tea

Jin Mao Feng or Yellow Crown is an interesting Chinese tea. The color of the leaves varies from golden yellow to shades of green and brown. The taste is grainy when ripe, rich and slightly nutty. Jin Mao Feng, like Golden Sword, resembles black tea to some extent, but the leaves are not completely oxidized, which is characteristic of black tea.

Brewing: teaspoon per 2 dl of water at 80 C, brewing time 5-15 min. The taste of yellow tea does not become bitter even during long brewing.
