Legend of the Mountains yellow tea is one of the most famous tea qualities in China. Hand-picked needle-like bud leaves are obtained in early spring. The leaves have a unique sweet, nuanced and softly rich and fresh aroma.
Jun Mountain (Junshan) is on an island in the middle of Dongting Lake in China's Hunan Province. The island's unique soil, nourished by the floodwaters of the Yangtze River, and the year-round humid climate are perfect for growing tea. Over time, the tea bushes have evolved into their own variety and they produce the most delicious buds (Yinzhen) for making tea.
The first smell reminds me of white and green tea. Very delicate aroma, with the rich sweetness of honey. The taste is light due to low acidity, sweet corn, where freshness is present all the time.
Brewing: teaspoon per 2 dl of water at 80-85 C, brewing time 2-4 min. the taste is strengthened by increasing the brewing time, it does not become bitter.
