Chamomile tea 25 g (organic) Hauduke

Hauduke consists of 100% organically grown chamomile sauna blossoms. It has been used for millennia as a soothing and stomach-friendly herb. It contains, for example, flavonoids that act as antioxidants. Chamomile calms the nerves, induces sleep and removes stress. It prevents and cures infections, such as skin or gum infections. FI-EKO-201 produced outside the EU.

Brewing: 2 teaspoons per 2 dl of water at 100 C, brewing time 8-12 min.
