Tie Guan Yin 25 g (organic) Oolong tea

Tie Guan Yin is one of the most famous types of oolong tea. It has been produced in Fujian, China since the 19th century. Compared to green tea, larger and older leaves are used for Tie Guan Yin, so the tea is stronger than green and often more aromatic.

Brewing: teaspoon per 2 dl of water at 80 C, brewing time 2-3 minutes.
